Are You Running a Process Or Is The Process Running You?

If you rely on people running processes, you’re creating inefficiencies and putting yourself in a vulnerable position.

If a person is sick, the work stops.
If a person has a skills gap, the work can’t start or done incorrectly.

Since human capital is usually the costliest expense, especially in the midst of talent war - we got to think in reverse.

Process must operate the people, not people operate the process. 

In order for this to work, it can only happen with automation.

The beauty is, if you remove people out of the equation, the process runs itself.
